WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?

At this time, we do not bill insurance upfront.  We strive to provide very  competitive pricing, and are aware of the challenges facing many families during the pandemic.  Call for a quote specific to your needs.  Testing and treatment services receive an itemized invoice from Carpe Diem Health PLLC for submission for reimbursement through insurance on request.   Much of today's COVID-19 exposure and sick visit testing and care is covered with no deductible.   Check with your insurer.  Discounts for groups, students, first responders, health care workers, and those who need financial assistance.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY TESTING OR TREATMENT?

Payment is due at the time of service, and all payments are accepted, with Apple Pay and credit/ debit cards processed securely through Square Payments.  We are a medical practice, as well as a CLIA licensed testing lab performing FDA and FDA/EUA tests only.

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?

Appointment availability is posted online.  We utilize DrChrono electronic medical record software.  Patients can book from their phone, from the web, or simply by calling Dr. Sadeh and discussing their case and making an appointment over the phone.   We strive for same day service and can usually make all calls within 24 hours.

HOW ARE TREATMENTS PROVIDED?

Doc Dash DFW prescribes your medications electronically directly to the pharmacy of your choosing.  If you cannot pick them up, we will work with you to make sure you receive them.  No emergency services are provided.  Patients with chest pain, severe shortness of breath, abdominal pain, trauma, severe headaches, or other clinical complaints that require immediate imaging or labs will be directed to an emergency department.
